Position: Logistic assistant

Salary : 500-600 AZN

Duties:

- To make contact with foreign transportation companies via phone calls, e-mails, etc.
- To prepare contracts in different languages (English and Russian,)
- Periodically monitors the status of the shipments
- To prepare reports when required
- Providing further documentation regarding payment and delivery
- Working with 1C (ERP) program

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree
- Work experience is a plus
- Advanced English, Russian as well as Azerbaijani languages
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with 1C, Photoshop and Corel Draw is an advantage
- Must be ready for business trips and overtime
- Only male candidates will be considered

Working hours:

- Monday: Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 10.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.
