We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to resolve problems quickly so that businesses can get back to their usual operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Understanding network infrastructure, hardware, protocols and services
Understanding server roles on Windows Server 2012/2016
Excellent troubleshooting skills in MS Office Applications, electronic mail systems;
Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting hardware, software, peripheral and printer issues;
Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
Preferable:
Related experience and training courses on troubleshooting and providing help desk support
Relevant international certificates (CCENT, MCP, ITIL, A+)
VoIP technical support experience
