Operations Manager

Baku city

Work schedule: 5 days a week

Salary: Determined after the interview

Mission:

Promoting Successful business in the Industrial Department.
Coordinating and managing all projects relating to the Industrial Department.

General Requirements:

•             High Technical Education (BS, MS Degree)
•             5-10 years of experience in Industry construction and civil construction
•             Work experience or familiarity with QA/QC requirements
•             Work experience and familiarity with ASME, APİ, ASTM, ACI, ASHTO,BS EN, СниП, and requirements of other international norms and standards
•             Excellent understanding of local Construction  Market and main players
•             Experience in Project Development and Team Management
•             Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.
•             Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
•             Knowledge of National and International Standards (GOST, Snip, ASME, API etc.)
•             Experience and People Management skills
•             Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English
•             Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating activities of the assigned sub-contractors or in-house personnel involved in the job to ensure they strictly follow the agreed scope and alert of any variations ;
• Maintaining all the Client’s correspondence related to this job;
• Collecting all necessary completion supporting docs for invoicing;
• Keeping all job files in a systemized order for easy reference by BDM;
• Engineering support to BDM and other department staff at bidding or job implementation stages;
• Management of any project activities as required.
