Position: Sales Manager

Required Qualifications:
 
- Graduated from university (logistics, transport, business administration major is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of sales & operations experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Works logically and systematically
- Have good time management
- Have effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions
- Self-confident, self-motivated, responsible and ambitious
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people with dynamic, positive, motivating attitude
- Strong commercial awareness and some numeracy
 
Responsibilities:
 
- Mapping potential customers and introducing the company for their requirements
- Securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts
- Regularly visiting existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department
- Maintaining and improving relationships with the client
- Increasing sales volume to reach targets
- Assimilate market information and analysis potential changes and developments
