Each year, we assist more than 150 000 applicants in the filing of their visa applications for Europe.

JOB TITLE: Water and Cleaner assistant

REPORTS TO: Branch Supervisor

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Premium Assistant has a principal mission of maintaining the Premium Lounge in excellent conditions at all times and taking care of all our Premium Lounge clients exceptionally well. In this role, the Premium Assistant needs strong communication skills, needs to be well-organized while multitasking and needs to work well in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, politeness and excellent customer service skills are fundamental to the job.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PREMIUM ASSISTANT:

The Premium Assistant is required to perform the following tasks :
● Maintain the Premium Lounge ensuring high levels of hygiene and cleanliness are upheld and equally providing excellent customer care to Premium Lounge clients.
● Ensure all complimentary drinks and snacks are taken care of in the Premium Lounge and maintain the stock thereof.
● Liaise with cleaning lady for assistance in cleaning of Premium Lounge and in the overall center.
● Review furniture needs for the Premium Lounge and report any future needs to the Supervisor.
● Assist the Premium Visa Application Officer and Receptionist in any administrative tasks they need assistance with.
● Liaise with the Supervisor or with the Cleaning company if instructed to do so by Supervisor, for stock provision of cleaning products for Premium Lounge.
● Whenever it is required, assist clients with general inquiries, at helpdesk station, photo booth and sales point.
● Assist with the photo- booth or perform photo-taking duties as and when is required.
● The Premium Assistant equally makes sure all office spaces are generally kept in good condition, and report issues, breakage and so on to Management.
● Maintain good relations and liaise with handyman, electrician as well as with the Business park representatives when requested to do so by Supervisor.
● Assist in organizing events in the branch, team building and parties.

● Good command of English, Russian, Azerbaijani is required
