As NEXTEP LLC we are actively looking for an innovative and qualified General English instructor to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Confident and professional instructor with excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent managerial abilities in face of handling classroom and students
• Outgoing and innovative, capable of coming up with creative ideas and their effective implementation in classes
• Minimum 1-year experience as General English instructor
• Holding Bachelor degree in English language is preferable

DUTIES:
• Instructing student on individual and group basis
• Encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and excel in English Language
• Prepare development plan for students on group and individual basis
• Involvement in basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
