- HR-management processes: planning, recruitment, adaptation, appraisal and development
- Develop and implement programs to stimulate and motivating staff
- Development and implementation of measures aimed at the development of corporate culture
- Formation and management of staff HR department
- Development and implementation of personnel policies in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the company
- Creation of a full HR service
- Management of the adaptation of the personnel
- Manage HR budgets
- Planning of human resource needs, the formation of a personnel reserve
- Development and implementation of training and development of young specialists.
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (13:00/14:00 lunch)

Требования:

- University Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social and Humanitarian Sciences
- Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
- Understanding of modern systems of personnel management
- Healthy ambition, sense of humor, stress tolerance, humanity, decency total
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of business etiquette, friendliness
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Computer Literacy: MS Office, 1C
- Languages: Russian, Azerbaijani, English - fluent
