CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Assist line manager in realizing brands Customer Relations Activities
CRM-managers are analysts who develop and implement the relationship of a company with existing clients, making sure that the level of their service (and consequently, customer loyalty) is as high as possible. Support of these business goals includes the collection, storage and analysis of information about consumers, suppliers, partners, as well as internal company processes through sales, marketing, and customer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete management of the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Maintaining the relevance of customer information in the database
• Continually update of the CRM database with new clients
• Control over the smooth operation of the client database, and in case of problems - inform the relevant departments about it;
• Coordination of work on finalizing the functionality of the CRM-system;
• Regular work with statistical data of the database, their analysis and segmentation
• Conducts the questioning of customers (on the site or at the point of sale), negotiations, through which determine the preferences of customers;
• Develops a strategy of interaction with the target audience on the basis of its analysis;
• Organizes and coordinates interaction with customers, for example, via SMS-mailing, surveys by e-mail.
• Deals with setting tasks and developing technical assignment for IT
• Reporting monthly and yearly
Requirement:
• Knowledge of English and Azerbaijani
• Knowledge of techniques and tools for analyzing sales or marketing activities;
• More than 3 years of experience in with CRM-systems;
• Skill of writing technical tasks for revision / development of functional;
• Ability to make business plans
• Ability to communicate with the client by phone;
• Analytical abilities, ability to structure information;
• Knowledge of the theory of management and the basics of marketing;
• Ability to create and conduct presentations
