Office Manager
Duties:
• Reception (phone calls and business correspondence)
• Records management
• Purchase of stationery and other materials for office needs
• Visa support
• Organization of business trips
• Preparation of reports
• Fulfillment of other tasks set by management
Requirements:
• Higher education degree
• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Knowledge of English not below Intermediate level
• Knowledge of Russian not below advanced level
• A confident PC user
• Knowledge of records management
• Ability to conduct business correspondence
• Good communication skills;
• Presentable view
