PR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy of communication with society and mass media;
• Take accountability for the adaptation and introduction of the global corporate image of the Company;
• Establish an action plan to form or improve the corporate culture image of the Company;
• Respond to critical statements regarding the Company (prepare responds, press-conferences, arrange explanations and comments to criticism in other forms);
• Analyse the Public Relations strategies of other companies;
• Coordinate operations with state bodies;
• Take responsibility for formation a positive Company image in state bodies;
• Prepare all contents for the external and corporate communications of the company (press releases, holding statements, website and social media contents, the interviews of Company leaders to the media and articles) ;
• Produce company’s corporate communication materials such as corporate presentations, booklets, infographics, adverts etc.  Coordinate photo and video production for the company coordinates and follow up on the company’s award applications. 
• Implement the specified objectives and contents of external communications programs, using structured communications plans.
• Organize company press events, press trips and external activities (conference sponsorships, stands etc.) 
• Work with businesses, functions and external agencies to ensure the production of an “integrated” end product like Annual Report.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in PR, International relations, Marketing or Social Sciences. Preferred: Master’s Degree in Public Relations
• A minimum of seven-year professional experience (5 years in the related field)
• Must be fluent in oral and written Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
• Comprehensive experience of issues and crisis management
• Capability to represent the company’s interests in numerous forums and with various stakeholders
• Experience and ability to liaise with internal and external parties/stakeholders, with proven relationship building and communication skills
• Broad horizons in terms of cultural awareness and aptness to carry on a business in complex and culturally diverse environments.
• Hands-on experience on main collaborative communication work processes, project management and media relations as well.
