Job brief

We are looking for an HR coordinator who will be responsible to work with staff documentation, timesheets, 1C platform  to ensure proper operations according to company HR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow up procedures and internal HR processes coordination
• Personal folders and  profile creation in 1C platform
• Coordination of Timesheets in 1C to ensure proper filling
• Coordination of staff leave days and time keeping issues
• Support with recruitment process and interview arrangement

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in similar role
• Knowledge and work experience in 1C
• Computer literacy (Word, excel, power point) 
• Azeri, Russian and English literacy and speaking
