Office Manager Assistant

Reports to: Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
2. Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail;
3. Greeting and welcoming guests at the door;
4. Scanning/copying documents for staff;
5. Arranging daily taxi orders and making a daily log of taxi orders;
7. Archiving folders;
8. Other administrative tasks related to the Office as may be assigned by the Office Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Hands-on experience with office equipment;
Professional attitude and appearance;
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English;
Excellent organizational skills;
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
Customer service attitude;
University degree;
