Position: Legal Advisor Assistant

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Review contracts (commercial, employment, etc.);
 Drafting various contracts (commercial, employment, etc.);
 Advise on various legal issues at the request of management and department heads;
 Preparation of documents concerning annual meetings, amendments to the charter and other corporate documents of the company;
 Other work related to legal analysis and legal review.

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Graduation from the law faculty of our universities
 Perfect knowledge of Azerbaijani;
 Intermediate English language;
 Good analytical skills.

Skill

 Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
 Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
 Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
 Well organized with excellent time
 Proficient in MS Office.
