Job Title: Site Coordinator

TWI in Azerbaijan is providing Inspection and NDT Services (3rd party Inspection), Consultancy services of Material, Corrosion Engineering, Research and Consultancy, Failure investigation, Structural Integrity assessment, Welding Engineering, Engineering Facilities (Procurement) WPS & PQR, WQT and international training & Certification (www.twi-global.com).
Responsibilities:
• Reports to PM
• Responsible for the management of Administrative and Service functions. This includes project coordination, time keeping, document control and etc.;
• Compile reports for profit and productivity tracking.
• Responsible for oversight of data transfer to and from customer.
• Coordinates inspector` data base to ensure adequate coverage.
• Responsible for the receipt and tracking of tools and materials. Maintains and provide weekly inventory reports;
• Maintaining quality control procedures;
Requirements:
• Citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• VOIN;
• 4 years / + of relevant experience;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
• Salary is Negotiable.
