Job Title: Electrical Inspector

TWI in Azerbaijan is providing Inspection and NDT Services (3rd party Inspection), Consultancy services of Material, Corrosion Engineering, Research and Consultancy, Failure investigation, Structural Integrity assessment, Welding Engineering, Engineering Facilities (Procurement) WPS & PQR, WQT and international training & Certification (www.twi-global.com).

Responsibilities:

• Attend HOLD points as specified in ITP
• Monitor installation and testing of electrical systems and components including Ex i Intrinsically Safe Electrical Equipment
• Random verification and planned surveillance of cable pulling and testing, cable glanding and termination activities;
• Monitor incoming material & equipment inspection conducted by the contractors
• Witnessing installation & erection equipment;
• Ensure quality of construction installation & erection are complying with latest approved drawings, procedure, & project specification;
• Monitor preservation activities.
• Assist and advise contractor` inspectors on code / specification requirements
• Report non-compliances and unsafe acts observed
• Compile daily and weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• VOIN
• 4 years / + of relevant experience;
• Engineering Degree;
• Good command of English;
• CompEX EX02 & EX04 qualification
• Salary is Negotiable.
