OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Review and answer correspondence;
• Provide administrative support to the office;
• Coordinate corporate transport;
• Maintain stationary stock and kitchen supplies;
• Greeting of new employees;
• Performing routine administrative tasks;
• Deal with Procurement, IT , Legal and other Departments regarding day-to-day administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree;
• 3+ years’ experience working in an office setting;
• Fluency in English and Russian languages;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
