IT Help Desk Specialist
Work location: Borsunlu/Goranboy
Candidates place of living must be Ganja or Goranboy cities.
Responsibilities:
• Identifies and procures the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements.
• Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on users’ premises.
• Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components and office applications.
• To adhere the software licensing laws.
• Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements.
• Provides telephone, in-person and online support to end-users.
• To ensure the smooth running of all the systems, including anti-virus software, print services and e-mail provision.
• Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groups.
• Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.
• Refers major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.
• Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications.
• Administers e-mail and anti-virus systems.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Assists in research and procurement of computer accessories and supplies.
• Updating and upgrading with the latest Technologies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as IT Admin/Help desk in international company
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
