Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of “CEO Assistant”.

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Providing full support to the top management in operational matters;
• Responsible for daily communications including maintenance of calendar and appointments for the management;
• Ensuring accurate maintenance of all current files for all agreements and contract documents;
• Arranging and scheduling meetings and conferences, take minutes of the meeting;
• Coordination of travel arrangements and visas, maintenance of travel schedules;
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Receive, sort, and route mail; maintain and route publications;
• Attending events/meetings as management representative;
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations and etc.

Required skills, qualifications and competences:

Fluent Azeri, English and Russian
Bachelor’s degree
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and initiative
Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to details
Ability to build collaborative relationships

Working conditions:

The 5-day working week.
Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00
