We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator.

The duties will include:

• Preparing updating employment records related to hiring, terminating transferring, position change and vacation leaves and registering labor contracts in the Governmental Portal
• Assures that all employee information are filled into the ERP system
• Maintaining personnel files in electronic (ERP system) or hardcopy form
• Creating monthly timesheets and presenting to the Finance department
• Preparing reference letters,certificates,business trip orders
• Establishing cooperation with relevant government structures, preparing and presenting essential reports and documents
• Proceeding registration of documents
• Ordering labor books
• Monitoring vacation leaves of the employees according to the Annual Vacation Schedule
• Proceeding necessary documentations required for social benefits
• Insuring new employees 

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration with major subject – HR (additional qualification would be an advantage)
• Minimum two (2) years of experience
• Good knowledge of AR Labor Code and relevant legislation
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Good business communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
