Financial Controller - Caspian Region

Qualification

Business or Accounting Degree qualified
Holder of recognized accounting qualification eg. ACCA, ACMA, CA etc. or suitably qualified by experience
 
Experience

At least 10 years of experience in a senior finance professional role
Wide knowledge of practical daily operations of an accounting team
Experience working with integrated ERP business management system
Excellent communication skills and have the self-confidence to deliver under pressure
Exposure to fast paced organizational change
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Management of finance teams for operations across Caspian Region delivering all finance services – management accounting & reporting, treasury, accounts payable, credit control, payroll
Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of month end financial reports for local review and submission to HQ
Manage compliance with statutory filling requirements across the region e.g. Financial statements, audit and tax compliance
Exercise control of cash management at country/ entity level to include preparation and consolidation of cashflow forecasts, prioritizing funds usage and managing local transactional banking relationships
Responsible for coordination of annual budget exercise along with monthly and adhoc forecasts as required
Improve and develop finance team capabilities and ensure compliance with group operating procedures
Adhoc activities as required
