Job Responsibilities and Requirements for the Restaurant Administrator

- Manage daily front of the house operations
- Coordinating front of the house and back of the house operations
- Managing bar operations
- Planning weekly work schedules
- Ensuring that service is up to high standards
- Maintaining good customer relationship
- Responding efficiently to customer complaints
- Reviewing and checking product qualities
- Daily review of hte steaff perfornmance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Managing restaurant’s good image and suggesting ways to improve it.
- Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste
- Training new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implementing policies and protocols that will maintain the restaurant operations
- Previous work experience as Restaurant Administrator
- Good knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
- Good knowledge of English
- Good leadership skills
