Position: Supply Chain Manager
Job Purpose
To lead the supply chain optimization of a portfolio of brands to secure long term ability to supply (through launch planning, demand & supply planning, inventory management) and ensure alignment of operations for maximum efficiency (through target setting, parameter management).
Major Accountabilities:
• Facilitating in contracts preparing for new distributors and agreements for additional terms
• Pricing alignment / communication with Tariff committee and related stakeholders
• Primary sales of confided portfolio
• Shipments regulation. Interface with customers, freight forwarders, to ensure efficient, effective and repeatable service delivery
• Maintaining stock in trade on appropriate level
• Sales forecasts
• Analyse the gaps between annual demand, forecasts and actual sales
• Regular monitoring of production orders and write-offs
• Regulation of timely payments by distributors
• Launches planning (in cooperation with marketing departments, Regulatory Affairs and KAM).
• Active involvement in budget planning and other global processes
• Working in systems SAP
• Working with Finance, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing departments in handling, exchanging and distribution all necessary information & documents
• Generating monthly statistical/sales reports
Requirements:
Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain activity
Languages: Azerbaijani and English (Upper-Intermediate with good writing and speaking skills)
Experience:
• - 3-5 years supply chain experience
• - Development of integrated sales, forecasting and planning processes.
• - Pharmaceutical sector experience
• - Improved computer skills
