Mercedes-Benz Official Dealer in Azerbaijan “Absheron Automobile Center” is looking for the Legal Advisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Full in-house legal support to company.
2. Advise all departments of the entity ensuring that the processes and procedures comply with the local legislation.
3. Analyze and prepare drafts of complex legal documents and correspondence.
4. Analyze the law, prepare memorandums, and advise the relevant departments regarding multiple issues requiring developed skills in specified areas of expertise.
5. Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities’, customers and the wider sales, product and business community.
6. Represent the company in all government bodies.
7. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher education (LLB; LLM – Western education is an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani legislation;
- A solid understanding of the principles of contractual and commercial law
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, English;
- Proficiency in PC usage (MS Office applications);
- Strong motivation and interest in automotive industry;
- Ability to prioritize efficiently, and communicate regularly and appropriately with other departments is essential;
- Must be able to work independently, have the ability to multi task and work under pressure;
- Time management capabilities required;
- Analytical and research skills required;
- Loyalty towards the mission of the organization.
