Accounting Manager
Core job description & responsibilities:
Keep controlling of compilation and maintenance of accounting procedures
Keep controlling and maintenance and processing of Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers
Keep controlling driving and maintenance of all Bank accounts and Cash Books, AR,AP into ERP system
Reviewing aged debtors and performance of credit control
Reviewing cash flow position on a timely basis
Keep controlling of maintenance and compilation of Fixed Asset , Inventory cost files.
Keep verification and provision of full cover and assistance with Payroll
Analysis and optimization of costs
Transformation to IFRS
Completion of the monthly management reporting requirements including: Preparation of the monthly results including Profit/loss, Balance sheet, and Cash flow
Prepare balances, revenue and expenditure reports
Keep close relationship towards Operations, Supply Chain and Management in order to understand the business and ongoing activities which effect the underlying accounting and reporting
Responsible for arranging the legal papers as Agreements, Price –Agreement protocols, Act of acceptance and others as required by Management
Must be flexible, can work under pressure and fluent in Azeri, English, Russian.
