“Optilan Azerbaijan” LLC is looking for Support Services Officer.

Preferred Educational Qualifications: BA in Finance, Engineering
Work Experience: 5 years in Office/Finance/Projects Administration
Excellent knowledge of Azeri and English is a must; knowledge of Russian is preferred.
Applicants must be computer literate and proficient at using MS Word, Excel and Power Point. 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the control, issue and progress chasing of all documentation received from both external and internal sources.
To develop and maintain Documentation Databases ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
Provide admin support to HR Manager.
Secondary point of contact for agencies/candidates.
Point of contact for external bodies (suppliers, hotels, landlords).
Responsibility for all accommodation and travel arrangements.
To provide assistance with shipping and logistics issues.  
To track goods from receipt at Optilan to delivery at site.  
To produce export/import documentation.
To verify delivery of products and provide unit traceability.
Ensure vehicles remain in a roadworthy and legal condition at all times. Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition, mechanical and physical
Be the key contact with the vehicle leasing company.
Recommend vehicle rotation and replacement management.
Provide Support Services Manager with monthly reports on vehicle usage, in particular cost, mileage and clustering.
Answering and announcing all incoming calls.
Greeting clients and customers.
Any other administrative/project tasks as it may be required.

Working conditions:

- The 5-day working week.
- Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00
