GP Alpha Greenhouse LLC is looking to recruit an experienced Chief Operator to join our highly professional team.

Reporting to the Agronomist, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure smooth operation of forklifts, tractors, equipment and separation mechanisms for the production of all types of work carried out at the department and the proper conduct of technological regimes to maintain a given microclimate in greenhouses
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to the entire electro-technological equipment inside the compartment and follow the technical condition of electrical equipment, power boards and devices
• Monitor the performance of operators of department directives agronomist Technological department, which are recorded in the operational log
• Identify tasks of operational and maintenance personnel, and check the quality of repairs carried out
• Ensure the subordinate staff are of industrial and labor discipline.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Agriculture or Farm Management fields with substantial knowledge in greenhouse production/
• University Degree
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Russian or English would be an advantage;
