Fair Group Construction LLC is seeking for Tendering/Estimation Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bid Preparation for International Major Construction Project Tenders preferably as team leader
• Minimum 3-5 years of construction site work experience with at least one industrial project reference
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proposal preparation and bidding
• Contracting and subcontracting
• Requisitioning and procurement
• Work Planning
• Activity resource analysis and budgeting
• Supervisory leadership for team working
• Wide range view
• High power of analysis
• Hands on, self motivated and special dedication to work ethics
• Able to work under pressure and open to work long working hours
• Cost conscious
