“Fair Group Construction" LLC is seeking for Mechanical Engineer.

Requirements:

∙ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
∙ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Relevant Sector
∙ Working knowledge of standard office programs (MS Office, CAD)
∙ Knowledge and experience on common structural analysis software programmes
∙ Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
∙ Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take responsibility on challenging projects
∙ Effective communication and presentation skills
∙ Able to work as an effective team member, result-oriented.

Duties:

∙ HVAC, heating, cooling, sanitary drainage, Gas and Firefighting applications in AVM and/or residence projects
∙ Plan and coordinate mechanical work in an efficient manner which may require liaising with contractors
∙ Prioritize and efficiently manage all mechanical engineering works for construction
∙ Provide assistance with the budgeting process
∙ Provide technical support in the preparation of execution plans, method statements and temporary works designs, including supporting calculations to meet project specifications
∙ Check drawings, designs, materials and equipment for conformity with project specifications
∙ Manage the maintenance planning and daily project inquiries
