The Smart Supply LLC is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer companies’ prospects.

The candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost sales, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Job Duties:

1) Reach out to potential customers through cold calling;
2) Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
3) Recommends changes in products, service, and price policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
4) Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
5) Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
6) Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual customer analyses;
7) Prepares reports by maintaining records on customer sales;
8) Coordinate sales effort with team members and other units;
9) Preparation of sales kits and maintenance of the company website with relevant information
10) Marketing communications and direct marketing activities

Job Requirements

1) BS/BA degree in Economics/Social Sciences
2) Proven work experience as a sales representative;
3) Experience in oil and gas sector supply sector is preferable
4) Marketing experience is an advantage
5) Excellent selling, communication and negation skills;
6) Ability to create and deliver presentation tailored to the target group;
7) Relationship management skills and openness to feed-back;
8) Organising and time management skills;
9) Highly motivates and result driven with a track record in sales
10) Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
