Saffron Restaurants Group is looking for Maintenance Manager.
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related field;
• 3-5 years of experience in the management position;
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills;
• Understands the functionality of building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems;
• Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem solving skills;
• Advanced interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain credibility across all levels of the organization;
• Experience in Maintenance and Reliability operations roles;
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCad Applications;
• Spoken and written Azeri, Russian and intermediate in English languages;
• It is desirable to have a B category driver's license.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• To maintain and address any service issues with the company’s facilities;
• To be responsible for the planning, organization, execution and communication regarding service related issues;
• Handling all aspects of field management including the management of service providers to ensure quality, maintain brand standards, maximize life of company assets and assure that brand standards and procedures are achieved;
• To initiate planned maintenance programs for a variety of restaurant facilities and equipment;
• To be responsible for preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, Building management system (BMS), Kitchen equipment, Generators, fire alarm systems, Water Treatment systems , Heating Equipment and etc;
• To plan, budget, and schedule facilities programs and processes, including estimates;
• To prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility;
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs;
• To serve as a liaison between restaurants, landlords, contractors and vendors when needed to repair facilities;
• To plan and manage a facility's maintenance budget;
• To hire and oversee training and supervision of staff;
• To prepare materials for the conclusion of delivery agreements of spare parts and the equipment, and for capital repairs of fixed assets with specialized contract organizations, to exercise control over an expenditure of funds for these purposes.
