Position: Senior Reporting & Budgeting Specialist

Reports to & Reviewed by: Finance Controller 

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Perform monthly review of management accounts
 Prepare monthly Management Reports and rolling P&L forecasts
 Prepare quarterly Cash Flow Projections
 Build construction and fit out budgets together with Store Development department
 Prepare Actual versus budgeted analysis for finalized construction and fit out projects
 Coordinate external auditors
 Prepare annual IFRS financial statements package

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
 University degree in Finance or Accounting
 Good knowledge of IFRS

Skill

 Fluency in English
 Proficiency in Office Programs
 Strong Management and Communication skills
 Ability to meet deadlines, work in stressful situations
