HVAC Technician
We are looking for an Electrical or HVAC persons with COMPEX certification.
Requirements:
• University degree in electrical, instrumentation or mechanical fields
• 3-5 years experience in HVAC ( Chillers and AHU’s) systems installation, commissioning and maintenance
• Experienced with York, Carrier, Ferroli chillers and AHU’s
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems requirements
• Knowledge International HVAC system standards
• Ability to read and translate on English
General duties/Key responsibilities:
• To provide maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems in accordance with vendors recommendations
• Servicing of maintenance contract in accordance with company operating procedures, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Report any defects to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Note the type and condition of equipment on site
• Install/ replacement additional equipment
• Commission systems, complete necessary documents & company digital procedures in accordance with approved Company Operating Procedures.
• To act at all times in a professional and diligent manor, considering the need of the client
