Chief Accountant
We are a joint venture involved in premium alcohol sales, marketing and distribution business, an exclusive partner of Moёt Hennessy and Diageo in Azerbaijan.

Requirements:
∙ Professional experience of at least 5-7 years as a Chief Accountant
∙ Excellent knowledge of tax and labor law
∙ Skills tax planning and optimization of workflow
∙ Strong knowledge of 1C , Advanced Excel user
∙ Excellent Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills (note: Russian and English is strongly required)
∙ Leadership - the willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
∙ Excellent communication skills
∙ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a number of international brands while communicating efficiently with the third parties and within the organization
Responsibilities
∙ Accounting in industrial and trade enterprise
∙ Responsible for all day to day and periodic finance related processes
∙ Ensure the input of all data into software (1C) on timely basis
∙ Ensure the correctness, reliability and relevance of account balances in software
∙ Control payroll process
∙ Control Accounts payable process
∙ Control Accounts receivable process
∙ Creation of tax reports, SSPF and statistic reports
∙ Preparing acts of reconciliations, both with clients, and with suppliers
∙ Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organizations
∙ Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting rules and regulatory requirements
∙ Implementation and development of corporate accounting information system
