Food Service Manager
Responsibilities:
Management and systematization of the operational activity of dining places/ fast-foods (locally and internationally).
Planning and budgeting of the activity of places.
Designing of all necessary documents.
Selection and training of personnel.
Solution of all administrative- organizational issues related with the functioning of premises.
Marketing of selling points for improvement of sales.
Cooperation with suppliers.
Establishment of efficient procurement process.
Planning and organization of the staff work at points.
Organization of trainings for staff, development of manuals with the purpose of service improvement.
Supervising the set up process of each sales point
Controlling the performance of each sales point, preparation performance reports.
Desired Skills & Experience:
5+ years’ experience as a Food Service Manager
Prior experience in a leadership position
College or University degree
Work places: Moscow & Kazan
