Accountant

BDO, the world's fifth largest international network of public accounting firms, is looking for Accountant for its Tax & Compliance department in Baku.

An applicant should have Bachelor’s degree in finance or math and have at least four years of professional experience in national accounting and utilisation of 1C:Accounting or Sage 50 Accounts, general ledger functions, the month-end/year-end close process, preparation and submission of tax returns, utilisation of e-tax accounts and participation in state inspections.

Accountant will be additionally required to ensure accuracy and efficiency of general accounting operations by controlling and verifying the accuracy of accounting tasks carried out by junior team members. Good knowledge of English is required.
