Mechanical (HVAC) Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1) Lead a team of Site operatives and providing technical support & ensuring high standards of installation and workmanship.
2) Develop and maintaining good relationships with the site team. Attend client meetings. Provide regular updates both to your projects manager and internally trough the document control system.
3) Take ownership and deputies where necessary by way of supervisors full onsite work scheduling and monitoring.
4) Monitor service performance and ensure a Proactive work structure and that installation work is completed within agreed programmed limits.
5) Ensure compliance with Design and agreed materials.
6) Ensure that correct procedures are undertaken during testing and commissioning stages.
7) Ensure site documentation is kept up to date.

Requirements:

1) Experience as HVAC/Mechanical Supervisor or  Senior HVAC Technician.
2) Experience in testing and commissioning is a must. 
3) Knowledge of HVAC tools, materials, and safe work practices.
4) Knowledge of HVAC operation, maintenance, and repair
