HVAC Technician
Requirements:
University degree in electrical, instrumentation or mechanical fields
3-5 years experience in HVAC ( Chillers and AHU’s) systems installation, commissioning and maintenance
Experienced with York, Carrier, Ferroli chillers and AHU’s
Good knowledge of HVAC systems requirements
Knowledge International HVAC system standards
Ability to read and translate on English
General duties/Key responsibilities:
• To provide maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems in accordance with vendors recommendations
• Servicing of maintenance contract in accordance with company operating procedures, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Report any defects to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Note the type and condition of equipment on site
• Install/ replacement additional equipment
• Commission systems, complete necessary documents & company digital procedures in accordance with approved Company Operating Procedures.
• To act at all times in a professional and diligent manor, considering the need of the client
