Receptionist
Requirements:
• University Education;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience ;
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian;
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
• Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
• Customer service orientation;
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
• Excellent telephone manners;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
Key responsibilities:
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
• Direct persons to correct destination;
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls;
• Receive orders;
• Prepare correspondence and documents;
• Provide general administrative and clerical support;
• Dealing with complaints or problems.
Salary: 500 AZN Net
