Position: F&B Brand manager

 
Job Responsibilities:

 
• Leading the strategic development and growth of the assigned F&B brand.
• Contributes to the development brand in terms of Confectionary/Pastry/Restaurant operations and growth, event planning, business analysis, new products and menu development.
• Coordinates the brands activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum costs in order to maximize profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss.
• Recommends and leads specific brand training and inspects brand operations to ensure that it is correctly functioning according to brand standards.
• Analyzes prices, competition and market segment at which the restaurant is aimed, in order to ensure providing brand related reports and data on regular basis.
• Assists in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
• Selects menu items and products in accordance with the markets taste and in coordination with the Operations Managers.

Requirements
 
• Bachelors degree in Confectionary/Pastry/Restaurant Management or Business Administration
• 5 years of experience in FMCG or Food and Beverage operations with 2+ years in a managerial position
• Proficiency in MS Office
• intermediate written and oral communication skills on English/French, Russian and Azeri
