SCOPE OF ROLE
SPA Therapists are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests of the spa in line with ESPA and Fairmont Baku Hotel brand standards, whilst maintaining excellent five star client care, cleaning standards and grooming.  Responsible for revenue generation through retail, up selling and cross sales to other business centers in the spa. 
 
 
Requirements for the position:
 
-        Engaging and dedicated female Spa therapist 
-        Hands on experience in massage techniques, facial and body treatments, manicures / pedicures, waxing
-        Qualification as Physiotherapist, Massage therapist or Beautician
-        Positive attitude and high level of empathy
-        Communication and client service skills
-        Proven work experience in the luxury hospitality industry as Spa therapist for more than 2 years
-        Experiences with Leading Quality Assurance preferred
-        Experiences in sales and retail would be an asset
-        Good communication skills in English
