Vacancy: Teacher-psychologist with knowledge of English language (upper-intermediate)

Duties:

• Conduct training for center program (8 to 12 children per group)
• Work with children aged 4-16 years.

Requirements:

• The ability to find common language with children
• Ability and willingness to work with children.
• Conducting training in the form of a game
• Higher (or secondary education) teacher education
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage
• Willingness to learn (learning at the expense of the company)
• Responsibility, discipline, punctuality
• Sociability, friendliness, energy
• A professional approach to business.
• Hospitality and friendliness in relation to our young customers and their parents
• The desire to constantly improve and develop
• Communication skills / competent speech
• Skill to work in team

Experience:

• Experience in working in a International schools of Baku  or in day care centers

Duties:

• Conducting group sessions with children from 4 to  16 years (according to the company  method);
• Sending and checking homework on child online platform.
• Participation in festivals and promotional events;
• Interaction with parents (explanation of techniques, advice on development and education, newsletter, photos, and video summary of the child's progress reports by e-mail, conduct the survey);
• Participation in meetings for the exchange of experiences;
• Participation in meetings of the center;
• Compliance with the requirements on appearance;
• Maintain order in the center and in the surrounding areas.
• Advising parents
• Participation in marketing activities (advertising campaigns, street parties, festivals)
• Participation in the "extra-curricular" club life (meetings, festivals, conferences)
