B2B Sales Representative

Duties:

• Increasing corporate databases
• Searching and negotiations;
• Conclusion of long-term contracts;
• Establish beneficial relationships with new customers and strategic partners;
• Participation in sales strategy of organization;
• Participation in the strategic planning process;
• Provides the subordinate sections to participate in the readiness process of the forecasts of the subordinate sections, planning of the realization of the products for the projects, conducting research for the studying of the demand for the product realizing and studying of the prospects of the markets.
• Active life position;
• Ability to negotiate on different levels;
• Experience in sales;
• CRM Management;
• Preparation of commercial offers;
• Gathering information about needs of customers;
• Determines the needs of customers in the products sold by the company, and making agreement orders with the client according to his needs and the availability of product range;
• Motivating customers to work with the company in accordance with the approved sales promotion programs;
• Prepares monthly sales plan.

Requirements:

• Experience more than 5 years;
• Experience in sales (IT hardware and software);
• Age 28-35 years;
• Azerbaijani, Russian, English (upper intermediate);
• Sufficient own client base;
• Adoption and implementation of sales plan, expansion of the customer base, the support measures for the promotion of products;
• Higher education;
• Developing a strategy for the development of sales department;
• Experience in B2B;
• Advanced PC user; MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Building and executing tasks, the experience of personal sales;
• Purposefulness, adherence to principles and persistence, the ability to achieve goals;
• Possibility of business trips;;
• Ability to work in a non-normalized graph;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Desire to constantly learn.
