Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and profitability while maintaining the reputation and ethos. Restaurant Managers are responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective store operations. Filters communication to the shift team as directed by the Asst. Restaurant Manager.
• Train workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
• Frequently interact with Guests and follow up on any issues or complaints they may have.
• Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs; develop and implement plans to address opportunities.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Models a customer first attitude, delivers exceptional customer service, and supervises team members to ensure they are delivering delightful customer service.

Required Skills and Experience

• High education
• Minimum of 5-6 year work experience in hospitality/ restoran menecer
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and writing
• Proven ability to lead a department
• Good personal & business references
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Excellent guest relation management skills,
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
• Methodical and thorough approach to work and good attention to details.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on assignments.
•  Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems.
