Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Meat/Slaughter house Project Manager to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and managing the Meat/Slaughter house Project inside Agricultural group;
• Monitoring of accomplishing tasks in the process of production in  slaughter house and
start-up, as well as further operational administration;
• Co-ordination and supervision of the construction process in close co-operation with a technical consultant, from the design phase through commissioning; making sure that the project is accomplished on time and within budget;
• Elaboration of  and control over production plan execution;
• Oversee the deliverables and the quality of products;
• Planning arrangement and control over production processes;
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance;
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Management, Business or any related fields with substantial knowledge in Agriculture, Meat/Slaughter fields.
• Previous experience working in a meat processing facility is desired.
• University Degree (Natural Resources Management, Agriculture or social science),
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software.
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
