Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) are compiled in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Client on approval / acceptance of MRBs.
• Ensuring documentation has all relevant signatures in place.
• Prioritise compilation of certification in line with construction & commissioning schedules.
• Follow through and clearing of any Punch list items.
• Provide assistance to the data inputting & technical clerk teams as required.
• Checking of weld / fit up reports to resolve any problems identified with QC and Fabrication supervisors.
• Identify certification requirements from information provided by supervisor / client.
• Liaise & expediting discipline inputs into the certification process.
• Updating of certification spreadsheets to give current status.

Key Job Requirements:

Work experience:

• Quality Control background is preferable
• Knowledge of fabrication activities,
• Knowledge of Non Destructive Testing activities
• Awareness of fabrication / welding drawings
• Able to communicate and liaise with supervision
• Previous experience in an administration function

Education:

• University degree or any technical education

Skills and Competencies:

• Fluent in written and verbal Azerbaijani & English
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
