Job Title: STOCK CONTROL
Reports to: LOGISTICS MANAGER
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To organize and prepare all needed documents and equipment for receiving of stock and ensure timely and accurate stock controlling process.
CORE FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES
To participate in daily morning briefings with Mall Management and Store Management and to learn all problems raised;
To inform Logistics Manager about all the problems and questions arised while receiving the stock (shortages, extras, discrepancies and etc);
To ensure proper and timely scanning process in all Stores;
Preparing GRN files for CIS HO;
Preparing and distributing the IBT files for CIS HO;
Preparing the actual report on delivery date on actual shipment delivery (quantity of received boxes)
Participation in inventory process and physical counting;
Dealing with BWS warehouse while shipment deliveries, transfers from/to warehouse to/from Stores in both Malls;

Job Context:
Work is primarily performed in 28 Mall and Nargiz Mall buildings, as well as Port Baku Mall
PERSON'S SPECIFICATION:
Proficiency with email applications, MS Office applications particularly Word and Excel, and strong Internet knowledge.
Fluent in English and Azerbaijan languages
At least 2-3 years solid experience in Logistics, Operations
Understanding of the daily Logistics, Operations, Administration and etc activity
