JOB TITLE:   Electrician

EMPLOYER:  Caspian Drilling Company Ltd.

DUTY STATION:  Azerbaijan

DEADLINE:  15.07.2016

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Completing an apprenticeship assignment to include various duties but not limited to the operational integrity, maintenance (preventive maintenance), installation/removal of electrical equipment, repair.
• Documentation of the entire offshore unit's electrical systems and equipment to include all refrigeration and air conditioning systems, all electrical power generation sources, rectifiers and circuits, transformers, power distribution equipment, electrical motors and controllers,
• Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting system faults and failures, of all electrical equipment down to the component level.
• To ensure that electrical power is supplied where and when needed, that all electrical systems are within safety and regulatory body compliance standards and all electrical equipment remains operative throughout the operation. Participates and contributes in Safety, operational  Meetings, Safety drills and inspections
• Completes as directed any required paperwork
• Complete an apprenticeship assignment under the supervision of an experienced Company Senior Electrician to include performing preventive maintenance, installing/removing, repairing, replacing, troubleshooting and inspecting equipment and systems including safety compliance.
• Deck Equipment , Drilling Equipment, Engine room Equipment

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIECE:

• New hires will preferably possess current experience as Electrician within other industrial/marine industry operations. Experience should include heavy duty DC machinery plus specific SCR system experience pertaining to the Company's needs is preferred.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:

MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

English, Azerbaijani, Russian
