HSE Administrator
Performance Standards: (Standards to include, but are not limited to the following
• Maintain HSE data, keeping the databases up to date.
• Maintain tracking systems as required
• Monitor and update monthly company safety data reports; monthly and quarterly safety statistics.
• Maintain hazard ID tracking and monthly reports.
• Maintain tracking system for all safety, equipment and industry alerts
• Admin support as required to HSE department.
• Research safety topics and/or training opportunities as instructed to do so by the HSE department
• Assist HSEQ department on a daily basis with administrative functions, such as setting up meetings with various individuals, departments and/or third party companies.
• Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, faxing, photocopying and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals.
• Other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijan and English languages. Russian is preferable.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work with individuals, groups and other organizations to carry out goals.
• Ability to work against tight deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
• Intermediate to senior computing skills, i.e. excel, word, PP.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
• Detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn.
