Construction-Civil Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 5 years

The adequacy of the work done in according to project documentation, quality and safety as stipulated in the work plan and budget to monitor compliance.

• Responsible for implementations of all civil works at site.
• Managing of construction projects. 
• Setting out site and organising  facilities.
• Monitors the actual physical works at site.
• Cordinate with Subcontractors and handle assigned tasks independently .
• Ensuring poject meet agreed specification, budgets or timescales
• Checking and preparing site reports,designs and drawings
• Providing technical advice: problem solving
• Ensuring site safety 

communication skills, good written and oral in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. Clients` construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, other engineers;organization skills and a methodical approach to work;strong analytical and problem-solving skills; accuracy and attention to detail;ability to read civil construction drawings; ability to read bar bending schedules; professional skills managing construction sequence of civil works; ability to prepare method of statements for civil works
