Education Level: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism management or equivalent

Description:

The role establishes startup, directs operational activity of travel requirements and tourism related services, provides corporate travel services and establish corporate customers service line.

Responsibilities:

 Setup of the Company, strategy and operations, general administration (including staffing , tactical plans and targets, budgets and finances) and other general managerial tasks (including oversight over legal, tax and legislations);
 Development, implementation, and evaluation of systems (IT, technical and operational), plans, policies, and procedures to achieve annual financial and non-financial goals, objectives, and work standards, establish performance requirements and development goals;
 High quality customer service methodology and principles, smooth and efficient running of the business;
 Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules;
 Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism, dealing with customer inquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.

Requirements:

 Equivalent previous role and extensive experience in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism management;
 Strong leadership and operational skills, ability to motivate workforce;
 Effective management and delegation;
 Excellent communication, selling and negotiation, PR and presentation skills;
 Customer focus, planning and forecasting;
 Effective decision making;
 In depth knowledge and practice of markets and changing business environments and strategic tactics;
 Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
